MEMBERSHIP
Today, there are more than 60 chapters with an approximate membership of 1200 Sorors stretching across the width and breadth of our country, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Iota mission is moreover supported by the Men of Iota and Pelatis auxiliaries, which are groups that help to enhance the overall program of Iota.

GRADUATE

Graduate-level (Associates, Bachelors or Masters degrees). Contact Dean of Intake or Chapter President to Join

Graduates of accredited business colleges or universities.

Graduates of 4-year colleges who successfully own/operate a business.

Graduates of accredited two-year business colleges or in a college of liberal arts meeting the requirements of 48 credit hours.

Persons pursuing a four-year business curriculum who have satisfactorily completed two years of study and whose goal is the completion of said curriculum. This is to be applicable only where no undergraduate chapter is available.
UNDERGRADUATE

Undergraduate-level woman interested in joining Iota Phi Lambda, Sorority , Inc. should contact the Dean of Intake or president regarding membership.

Any student who is pursuing a 4-year course and who has completed at least fifteen hours (1 semester) of her college work with the average grade of that school, may apply for membership; however, she may not be initiated until she has a total of 30 semester hours (1 year) to her credit.

Each candidate must also meet financial obligations and other criteria.
